Mindseye Illustration is dedicated to providing you with high-quality video invite, logo and graphic designing related wedding services. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions that govern our service delivery and your responsibilities as a client. Our standard video invite creation process ensures delivery within a timeframe aligned with business, commencing from the confirmation of all necessary order details. Please note that our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). For clients with urgent requirements, we do offer expedited services for both video and caricature invite orders; however, such timelines will be confirmed by business based on the traffic. This extra charge will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific custom requirements and the compressed timeline requested. Regarding payment, we require half payment to be made immediately and remaining on the successful delivery of the final video invite. 1. Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance is required to start the project. This payment is necessary to secure your booking and initiate work. 2. Draft Review: We'll share draft slides/pages for your feedback. Once each page is finalized, video work begins. Post-finalization, page changes may incur extra costs and delays. 3. Final Delivery: The final video will be shared after we receive the full payment. Upon complete payment, you will receive the original video file. 4. Additional Videos & Changes: A separate video (bride/groom side) costs an extra 20% of the total. More than two pages of changes after drafts will cost an extra 40%. 5. PDF File: A PDF version of the slides/pages is available with extra charge. 6. Source & PNGs: Editable source files won't be shared. Separate caricature PNGs are available for extra charge. 7. Post-Final Changes: Changes requested after the final video delivery will be charged extra. The final, completed video invites will be delivered to the client in a digital format, typically via electronic mail to the email address provided during the order placement. The default design size for all our video invites is set at 1080 pixels in width by 1920 pixels in height. Should you require your video invite to be produced in alternative dimensions, please ensure that this specific requirement is clearly communicated to us during the initial order process. Requests for non-standard dimensions may be subject to additional charges to accommodate the necessary adjustments in design and rendering. Finally, Mindseye reserves the right to showcase the client's final video invite or any provided caricatures within our company portfolio hosted on our platform after the event has taken place. This is for promotional purposes, allowing potential future clients to view examples of our work. However, we fully respect our clients' privacy; should you prefer that your invite or caricatures not be featured in our portfolio, you have the right to deny such usage or request its removal at any time by submitting a written request to us.
